I am building a 5 acre farm, but I don't do farming so looking for a partner in farming. There is housing, and income for this but must have good experience in farming. I wish to once establish, just rent out the land for growing crops. Our goal is to teach others how to grow crops, sell the produce, and create a great environment for the community.
