2007 Dutchman aerolite 25 foot camper. Purchased for a place to stay while my new house was installed.. Used for 4 months and served me well..
DOES NEED WORK... No roof leaks, fixed the ones in the front, rear was already done, has soft floors and water damage to rear walls, propane system was not tested or used. Does come with propane tank shown. Frame and tires good, factory fridge and freezer not working when i got it, mini fridge goes with it and works good. Electric hot water heater works, water system works, shower works but very small to shower in. Central stereo works but touchy, 12volt lighting works, AC works Good, slide out has issues but motors work just fine. Has new 120 volt plug and wiring for RV hookup, also 30 feet of waste water drain hose and flush out elbo. Check the price for those at walmart. Has a Title but not registered in years, good for short term housing or hunting cabin. You will not register this quickly, has on going bill of sale, CASH talks and BS walks..
