Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
• Apply paint using sprayers, brushes, and rollers to achieve high-quality finishes
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail on every project
• Use spray shields (experience preferred, training available)

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional painting experience, including spray equipment
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and applications
• Ability to work at heights (up to 22 ft and on roofs) using proper safety equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have a smartphone
• Clean background
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
