We are seeking reliable, experienced contract laborers to assist with residential property maintenance, repairs, renovations, and turnover projects. Work is available on an as-needed basis with opportunities for ongoing assignments. This is best for self-employed, or someone to add work to their schedule. Jobs are located in Marion, Alachua and Volusia counties.
Required Skills May Include:
Electrical
• Install ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets
Plumbing
• Remove and install faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, dishwashers, and related fixtures
Remodeling
• Demolition and installation of tubs, showers, walls, and other renovation components
Fencing
• Install fence posts and fence panels
Flooring
• Install vinyl plank flooring, tile, and related materials
Walls & Painting
• Plaster and drywall repairs
• Interior and exterior painting
Windows & Doors
• Remove and install windows
• Install interior and exterior doors, hardware, and locks
Concrete
• Sidewalk, driveway, and patio repairs
HVAC
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems
Cabinetry
• Remove and install kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and countertops
Cleaning & Property Turnovers
• Prepare homes to be move-in ready, pressure washing.
Moving & Appliance Installation
• Move and install major household appliances
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in one or more of the above trades
• Own tools and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs professionally
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
