Looking for reliable help to assist with residential remodeling and home improvement projects on an as-needed basis. This is not a full-time position. This is best for self-employed, or someone to add work to their schedule. Jobs located Marion and Sumter counties.
Work may include:
Drywall installation.
Painting.
Trim work.
Toilet installs
Ceiling fans.
Under sink plumbing.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Shows up when committed
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- No drugs, drama, or no show excuses.
Remodeling, handyman, painting, trim work or similar experience is preferred. You will be working with me and one other person.
Pay:
Pay based on experience and ability.
Paid upon job completion. Cash paid on the 1st job.
1099 with social or EIN.
Work can begin Monday June 15th.
