I do retro fit window and door installations and am looking to add a third member to my crew. Must be reliable, have transportation to the designated meet-up location, and have experience installing windows and doors. Must know how to caulk neatly, read a measuring tape, not be scared of ladders, and be physically fit to carry heavy units.
We are in and out of peoples homes so you must keep up with your appearance and have courteous mannerisms. No cussing, yelling, playing loud music on your phone, smoking/drinking etc.
The starting daily rate is $175. You can choose between W2 and 1099. This is what I am paying for a full day of work, however long it takes us. Some days are nice and easy, others are long. A lot of the day is driving to/from warehouse and jobsite.
