Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Locksmith with automotive experience to join our in-store team in Ocala. This is not a road technician position. The role involves hands-on automotive key cutting, programming, and diagnostics while delivering professional counter service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
2+ years automotive locksmith experience
Skilled in laser and edge-cut key duplication
Proficient with key programming platforms (Autel, Xhorse, Advanced Diagnostics, etc.)
Experience with transponder, remote head, and smart/proximity keys
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Professional customer service demeanor
Preferred
EEPROM / bench work experience
Residential and commercial locksmith knowledge, including rekeying, master key systems, lock hardware installation, deadbolts, lever sets, panic/exit devices, basic door hardware servicing, and general hardware troubleshooting
