This MSA Sure Strong Tripod was designed for confined space rescue operations. It is Aluminum and was always stored out of the weather. I used it for remote groundwater pump removal where no trucks could go. Could also be used to lift and hold boat engines for repower or engine blocks too heavy for one person to remove from a boat. Excellent tool would pay for itself with one use.

You will also get the winch that I attached to it that will easily lift way more than it is rated for. The winch is ultra-low geared for manual operation and lifting heavy loads without straining yourself. You could also mount an electric winch if you prefer.

This cost me $1,700 when I bought it and you cannot tell it has even been used.

Comes with a wire rope wheel block and some wire rope for lifting.
