A used Rigid 7" tile saw and assorted tile tools.
The tile wet saw works well. Bought it a few years ago at Home Depot for over $350 and used it to cut tile for two bathroom remodels. Only problem with the unit is that I lost the collapsible stand during my move out to Florida. But, you can easily set it on a table, on a piece of plywood between two saw horses, etc. Blade is fairly new and still cuts well.
I am also throwing in a black plastic basin for mixing thin set, grout, etc. Also some tile trowels, floats, hole saws, etc. I just moved into a new house and don't see myself doing any more tiling. If you are thinking about doing a tiling project in your home, these tools will be most of what you need at a bargain price.
