Stud welder is an American made unit. Works well. Studs and slide hammer included.
7 pc hammer and dolly set. Probably Chinese made but it works well.
With these tools and a good autobody manual or YouTube video, you can pull out most dents and reshape the metal so that you only need to use a small amount of body filler.

These items are also listed on EBay but you can save money on shipping by picking them up. If you don't want the hammer and dolly set, I can sell you the stud welder, studs, and slide hammer for $150.
