Soozier 45" trampoline I used it for low impact exercise in my garage so no I didn't go jumping high but I developed a series of exercise to do while on it and with some music playing the time went by fast and it helped a lot. I should probably still use it but my Garage is getting to full. Could not get pictures to download you can look it up on Amazon.
