Stop trying to bowl with house balls at the lanes that don't fit you and will not hook.
I have Pro-high performance reactive bowling balls. most are 15lbs some 14lb weights & are fitted with soft rubber finger & thumb inserts to have a comfortable fit. Price is each.. I paid $200 avg for each ball new.

I bowl tournaments and buy new balls from the manufacturers all the time.
I'm mostly selling because I don't want to run out of garage space.
All of these balls have been maintained in like-new condition not too many games and just one owner and are still good!.
Some shiny and some dull (for more hook). I can adjust ball surface if you want.
I drilled most of them only once for myself and the span is about 4" some 4-3/8".
if they don't fit you most likely only need to re-do the thumb and you can use it .
I can get finger inserts if fingers don't fit.
If you buy these new, prices vary from $150-250.00 so if you want to up your game with some high performance equipment or just want a ball to experiment with, this is the way to go without breaking the bank!
