California-based, design-focused e-commerce company selling premium building materials nationwide is hiring a sales-driven, customer-focused professional to help open the business day, support customers, and turn warm leads into design projects.
We’ve been in business since 2012 and have grown steadily in 13 out of 14 years. As we continue to expand, there is real potential for this role to grow in responsibilities, hours, and opportunity. After a 90-day trial period, you’ll also be eligible for our shared company bonus program based on company growth.
What You’ll Do
• Start at 8 AM ET and be the friendly first contact of the day
• Call and follow up with warm leads (customers who already requested samples, quotes, or info)
• Build relationships, ask smart questions, and guide customers to next steps
• Answer inbound calls and emails
• Log conversations and update customer records
• Provide excellent service to designers, architects, contractors and homeowners
• No cold calling
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Enjoys selling through conversation and helping people make confident decisions
• Is positive, reliable, and professional
• Is comfortable making follow-up calls
• Is organized and detail oriented
• Learns quickly and works well independently
• Has customer service, hospitality, or inside sales experience (preferred but not required)
Requirements
• Must be available consistently 8 AM–12 PM ET, Monday–Friday
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft and Google Office Suites. Experience with Adobe products, online retail and/or CRM a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• College helpful but not required
