Full-Time – Field Sales – Growth Opportunity
Are you a motivated relationship-builder who thrives on winning new business and growing accounts?
We’re looking for an Outside B2B Sales Representative to develop new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the field. This role is ideal for someone who is confident meeting customers face-to-face, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, prospect for new opportunities, and represent the company professionally throughout your assigned territory. If you are self-driven, organized, and results-oriented, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts within the assigned territory
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular in-person visits and follow-up
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that solve business challenges
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations, and negotiate pricing and terms
• Track leads, opportunities, and customer activity in CRM
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service
Qualifications
• 2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized
• Confidence in prospecting, following up, and closing new business
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel with in Florida for customer visits
• Late model vehicle for sales travel
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
