Room for male or female looking for someone that really needs help. So we can help each other out rent would be half of what I pay I am not trying to get rich on anyone so all bills are split. And due in beginning of the month so we have 30 for wifi 575 ground rent and about 200 for electricity. So about 800 a month give or take for a room washer dryer and CLEAN in a good neighborhood. Everything is close by Walmart dollar tree publix even a couple of flea markets i do have a small dog but once she gets to know you I promise she won't bite, lover not a fighter the dog lol there is a vehicle here and if you drive that's even better looking for a roommate but possible a new friend that we can build.
