Very close to good fishing incase the economy gets as bad as they are predicting due to Stupid Tariffs.

ME; I fit into the last group, 60s, retired, active performing solo musician, martial artist and meditation guide.
I stay in a Pod trailer/studio, sleep there and use the kitchen and the little bedroom for storage.
There is a Total Gym, some free weights and an Inverter for spine adjustments.
No Drama, larger male dogs should be fine....cats will be endlessly chased.
