Semi-Retired Custom Home Builder Seeking P/T Hours
42 Years Ground-Up Experience from Tear Downs to Move-ins. I am looking for 15-30 Hours a week or similar.
Supervision, Inspections, Estimator, Punch Lists, Quality Control, Customer Service, etc.

Primarily Residential with some Light Commercial Projects completed. I don't mind carrying a light tool inventory but not a truck-full. Very Proficient in Computer Work, Photography, Social Media Maintenance and Communications. M-F, some Saturdays when needed. Problem Solver. Extremely Professional, Detail-Oriented, Punctual (early) and Dependable. W-2 or 1099.
