We are looking for a couple for long term on-site Rv park manager and maintenance team for our 55 and up park

🌴We are a family owned 45 site Rv and mobile home park located just outside the Villages in central Florida on a large trophy fishing lake

Running the office managing the park with top-tier customer service.
Answering the phone able to close reservations for Rv sites and home rentals, guests check ins ,must have basic computer skills
Comfortable enforcing park rules and handle guests issues while keeping a great guest experience
Assist with park activities
Keeping the office and clubhouse clean and appealing
Collecting site fees making deposits at the bank weekly
Able to carry and answer the phone after hours for park emergencies and guests bookings
Posting available sites ,homes activities etc on Facebook ,Craigslist etc

Maintenance Grounds keeper
Knowledge of electrical,plumbing,carpentry
Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing,electrical and buildings
Inspect and maintain Rv sites hookups including water, electrical and sewer connections.
Respond to guest maintenance request in a timely, friendly manner.
Directing guests to sites when needed assisting with set up in a welcoming way.
Pool maintenance experience a plus
Keep shower house and laundry clean and appealing to guests
Meet with contractors as needed for estimates and overseeing work
Available for emergency repairs.
Keep grounds clean picking up trash attending landscaping
Collaborate with owner to identify areas for improvement in both landscaping and general maintenance
Site turn over for new guests.
Includes full hook up site all sites offer 30 and 50 amp service
electric,water and sewer.
Storage site if needed
Must have your own Rv
Both positions average about 20 hours per week pay will be based on experience
