I am currently seeking one business to partner with long-term as a remote office assistant. I can help with:
✔ Answering customer inquiries
✔ Scheduling appointments
✔ Providing quotes
✔ Customer follow-up
✔ Managing emails and messages
✔ General administrative and back-office support
I have experience assisting both a window cleaning company and a landscape design company by handling customer communication and day-to-day office operations.
My goal is not to take on dozens of clients. I would rather provide focused, personalized support to one business that values having a reliable, dedicated point of contact for their customers.
Available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, and reachable until 9:00 PM when needed.
Based in Ocala, Florida, and available for regular FaceTime meetings to discuss updates, priorities, and business needs.
