I am a 50 year old recent transplant to the Crystal River area, relocating to help assist my ailing father.
I have what most would likely consider an impressive resume. I began my career out of college as a Business Manager for a rock radio consulting firm, with clients that ranged from Sony to Playboy to MTV. I have worked for Goldman Sachs as a Regional Director. I was trained by IBM in marketing and became an Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist. I managed several properties under contract by the city of Detroit while employed by American Golf, and was the youngest Regional Manager ever employed by AGC. I became COO of a commercial finance company at the age of 30 in California. I’ve held portfolios of over 500 properties at a time, and thrived in property management, and was very successful in beating and exceeding budgets.
I also have an extensive background in the legal field, managing a law firm from 2019-2023, before relocating to Florida.
I am a licensed notary, a licensed real estate agent in California, and have a finance license. Some would say I am an over-achiever, but I simply believe knowledge is power.
That being said, I have had a difficult time finding a part-time job. Everywhere I apply disregards my resume and/or claims I am “over-qualified”.
Let me be honest, at this point in my life, I’m not looking to make six figures anymore. I’ve been lucky enough to be able to take the last few years of my life off to help care for my Father, but now I am no longer in the financial position to do so. My husband is a retired police officer and disabled veteran who can no longer work, and no one can live on VA benefits alone. Not in today’s economy. We have an adopted daughter that I have to think about, and it’s important that we stay financially stable.
What you need to know about me is that I am the most loyal, devout and dependable person you will ever meet. My references are phenomenal. I can do the work of three people, and most people will tell you I’m highly intelligent. I can do just about anything; from marketing to building a business from the ground up, to building a website, to managing distribution channels, to doing a complete business overhaul to figure out where you’re hemorrhaging money — I’m your woman.
I’ve done everything from writing complaints/motions/briefs that are still sitting in Federal court, to arguing every eviction case for our properties to buying trailers at auction and implementing an in-house financing program that increased net profits by over 22% that year.
I am a creative, ‘outside-the-box’ thinker. I’m also extremely philanthropic and ran a 501c3 non-profit for 15 years as the Director.
I have reliable transportation, am a non-smoker, non-drinker, don’t do drugs, obviously have a clean record as I’m a notary, (valid until 2028) and my schedule is flexible.
If you have a position I may be a good fit for, I urge you to contact me. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
