Affordable Lock and Security Solutions, a leader in the locksmith and security industry since 1970, is hiring a Service Coordinator to join our growing team. With eight stores throughout Central Florida, Affordable Lock and Security Solutions is seeking a positive, outgoing individual to help us serve our customers as we continue to grow. The right candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan
-Schedule, adjust, and manage daily job assignments
-Answer inbound calls and gather accurate customer information
-Prioritize emergency, residential, commercial, and industrial service calls
-Communicate job details, locations, and updates to technicians
-Monitor technician status, availability, and job progress
-Enter and update customer information, notes, and invoices
-Handle scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionally
-Maintain organized records and high customer service standards
Requirements:
-Previous dispatcher experience in a service industry (required)
-Hands‑on experience using ServiceTitan is preferred
-Strong phone and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
-Excellent attention to detail and organization
-Reliable attendance and punctuality
-Ability to work on‑site in Ocala, Florida
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
