It has an elaborate electronic detection and activation system to Pump water from its storage tank into the fire sprinkler system when a sprinkler head would detect fire. It has a heater inside for all weather operation. It is built upon a STEEL Pallet Skid... so it can be moved around easily.
Use if for Fire Protection or use it as the best little pump house / reservoir to accomplish your water needs. This is not some pump tank thing just thrown together in some hap hazard way. The quality of all the materials and workmanship is evident. It is trimmed in stainless steel for example.
Currently on trailer which is available for $1500. as an option.
I only have 2 complete Pump Tank Sheds available. They are identical except for one is on a slightly smaller trailer which is also available as an option.
The Tank and Pump System (TPS) is designed to provide water supply to a residential fire sprinkler system & consists of an insulated weather-resistant enclosure, a water tank & pump, selected controls & alarms, internal heating for the enclosure & other elements intended to result in a system that meets or exceeds NFPA 13D (National Fire Protection Association) requirements. Can be used for farming, gardening, yard, etc
These would make a great back up water system in case of interruption in normal utility services.
