Assignment Details
Location: Wildwood, FL 34785
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Contract Dates: June 29, 2026 – July 8, 2026
Job Responsibilities
Ride along with the Route Driver to collect residential waste and recycling.
Load and empty trash and recycling containers into the truck.
Assist the driver during backing maneuvers.
Operate lifting/hoisting equipment when needed.
Report safety concerns, service issues, or route interruptions.
Follow all WM safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Route Manager.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform continuous physical work outdoors.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
Previous experience is not required (0–1 year preferred).
Required PPE
6-inch steel-toed boots are REQUIRED (No Exceptions).
