Need Help Programming Ram Truck to Genie Garage Door Opener (Today Pre (Inverness)

I have:
• A newer Dodge Ram with built-in HomeLink buttons
• A Genie Model 3155D garage door opener
I’ve tried multiple programming methods and cannot get the truck to sync to the opener. The opener has a red/blue LED learn button, and I can get it into blue mode, but pairing is not completing.
Looking for someone experienced with:
• Genie openers
• Rolling code systems
• Dodge/Ram HomeLink programming
Should be a quick job for someone who knows the process.
I should add that we don’t have a normal garage door clicker just the keypad clicker on the outside of the garage. (Not sure if that’s needed or not?)
Flexible on time, but sooner is better.
