This position will be offered to someone who is experienced and highly skilled in landscape maintenance. Requirements are as follows: Must have valid Florida drivers license and your own vehicle, must be drug free, must keep a presentable and professional appearance, must have a good attitude and work ethic, must be able to follow instructions well. must live within 20 miles from the downtown Ocala area. These are very simple requirements however, most people who inquire about this position fail to meet them. There will be no exceptions to these requirements. This is a full-time position Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM with a 1 hour paid lunch. Friday or Saturday may be required if whether prohibits work earlier in the week. Daily task will include picking up debris, mowing, edging, string, trimming, hedge, trimming, operating backpack blowers, and removing weeds and vines from flower bed areas. We are a well established company and have been operating in the Ocala area for 22 years. We are the highest paying company in the area but have extremely high standards. We do not tolerate anything less than top-notch work with a great attitude. This position pays $25 per hour and is a year-round opportunity. We do not layoff in the off-season so even though things slow down if you perform well the rest of the year you will be employed through the winter as well. Whoever is given the opportunity will have a training and trial period which typically last two weeks at training pay of $20 per hour. After the training period is over we will evaluate to see if you are a good fit and then you will be paid accordingly.
