We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Handyman to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep property and lawn equipment in good condition.
Responsibilities:
Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
Landscape Maintenance:
Perform mowing, string trimming (weed eating), edging, hedge trimming, and blowing of driveways, sidewalks, and hard surfaces.
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with debris cleanup.
Window cleaning
Basic maintenance such as putting furniture togeather, painting a room etc as needed
Ensure all properties are left clean, polished, and client-ready after service.
Maintain a clean and a safe work space
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
