Neighborhood Flyer Distributor / Hand Billing (Leesburg, FL)
Forward Impact Solutions is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our neighborhood marketing team.
This is an outdoor walking position where you will distribute marketing materials throughout assigned residential neighborhoods. If you enjoy being active, working independently, and getting the job done, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
* Walk assigned neighborhoods distributing promotional flyers.
* Follow the assigned route exactly as instructed.
* Complete your route safely and professionally.
* Maintain communication with your supervisor throughout the shift.
* Submit proof of completed work as required (photos, GPS tracking, or route verification if applicable).

* You frequently call out or arrive late.
* You rush through routes or skip homes.
* You don’t like working outdoors in Florida weather.
* You need constant supervision to stay productive.

Quality is just as important as speed. Incomplete routes, skipped areas, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from future assignments.
Requirements
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Must have a smartphone.
* Must be able to work outdoors.
* Must be dependable and punctual.
* Previous marketing or flyer distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
