I am looking for someone who is well experienced, doesn't want to work full time, works well with others, and can blend in well with an efficient crew. Must be able to do all aspects of job. No DL required, but must be able to get to work. Work will probably be 3 days, 25 to 30 hours. Must be very experienced! I need someone who can make the magic happen! Pay is dependent on ability, willing to compensate for part time: you tell me what you'd like to make, within reason of course! A word about experience: its not 'I am a hard worker', its not 'I tried', its not 'it looks like I can do it', its not 'I can handle the heat'. All these things are great, but no substitute for experience. Experience is, I've done this before, and I have mastered it.
