Available Shifts: Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM) and Night Shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM)
Trademark Metals Recycling LLC, a division of Nucor, is looking for a dependable Water Systems Operator to help keep our recycling facility operating safely and efficiently. This hands-on position is ideal for candidates with industrial maintenance or heavy manufacturing experience who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Average annual earnings of approximately $60,000, including weekly base pay, overtime, and production bonuses

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, scrap metal, construction, or similar environments
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor industrial setting
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat
- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently with changing priorities
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and off-hours when needed
- Forklift experience is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- Candidates living within 50 miles of Bushnell, FL are preferred
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, including urine and hair follicle testing
Job Responsibilities
- Follow OSHA and company safety policies while maintaining a safe work environment
- Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
- Inspect, lubricate, clean, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment
- Monitor pumps, piping, filters, centrifuges, chemical systems, and water treatment equipment
- Collect water samples, adjust metering pumps, replace chemical totes, and maintain water flow systems
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment as needed
- Complete maintenance documentation and report equipment issues to supervisors
- Perform housekeeping, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and general facility cleanup
- Communicate with teammates by radio regarding production, safety, and traffic coordination
- Cross-train in other plant positions and assist with additional duties as assigned
