Forestry Mulching, Land Clearing and Stump Grinding
All prices are subject to individual site differences, but these forestry mulching pricing rates are generally similar for all customers. Wetland and rough terrain may incur an added fee, along with tree density, which can affect land clearing costs. Higher tree density can either lower or raise expenses. Additionally, there is an optional flat rate for a 200 horsepower dedicated 8-foot wide mulcher at $3500 per 8 hours of run time, averaging about 2 acres per day.
Brush and small trees under 10 foot /No stumps
$1600 per acre, with a minimum of 2 acres required. This service grinds all tree and wood debris into the soil below grade.

To dress mulch and soil for improved ease of maintenance, consider ultra fine forestry mulching options. NO Grading.
Ultra Fine Mulch Top Dress 2", scalping high spots and filling low spots
$900 per acre, with a minimum requirement of 3 acres. This service finer grinds all tree and wood debris into the soil below grade. This can be a stand alone service or incorporated into the original clearing to a level appropriate for the customers use.

per acre. This service is above and beyond the original Land clearing. This service grinds all tree and wood debris deeper into the soil below grade.
