Excellent condition & heavy. This is solid concrete so please bring help to load. There is a drain hole in the wagon part. I have removed 3 coats of multiple paint colors and sealed it with 2 coats of Watertite paint. It can be painted over any color or left white. Dimensions 20" height to top of ears x 27" length x 11" width. Its in very good condition. Located by Lake Square Mall
