This well constructed coop was made by a professional coop builder. I thought I would use it more but it is sitting empty so I want to sell it.

Perfect for standard size layers or bantams. I only used it twice for short period so it's still like new.

Features include:
2x4 construction with black hardware cloth wire.
6 nesting boxes and 3 roosting bars
Ramp to nesting area and roosts.
Outside 2x4 perch
Painted white with quality exterior paint.
All hardware is black.
Metal roof and structure is on skids

I will include the 12x12 concrete stepping stones the coop sits on all the way around so predators can't dig under.

This coop weighs 600 lbs or more so you will need a flat trailer, winch and several people to load it.
