Very easy to clean and excellent ventilation, warm in winter cool in summer. ( if wheels are added and the OPEN FLOOR plan is chosen for the roost , there is NO Cleaning , roll the coop to another area.
2 coops can be easily combined for a larger unit
All coops come with a ramp if needed.
BEWARE of online scams where they lure you in with a very low priced item , require a deposit and /or won't provide their phone number
Easy to pick up and transport in truck or trailer. Delivery may be possible. Walk-in is the only way to go in coops- so much easier to clean and the height and space your birds will love.
Caution; never buy an outdoor structure that isn't Screw constructed with PT 2x4's and cheap roofing or those pre fab type units at supply stores or online, you WILL be sorry.
Modifications such as floor and door etc. to the roost house can be done
