This is a convertible bed/sofa that is a bit different than most, on the left hand side (viewing from the front) is an elongated "lounge" area. Great for a stretch out spot to watch TV. Under that area is a large storage area, a good spot for bed linen, pillows and blankets. The remaining part of the bed slides out from under the seating area. This unit has received very light use and is in very good and clean condition, no soiled spots, and we never had pets. If you cannot view I will advise the current selling price is $1,249.99 I will include a screen shot in the photo section, but note that the current Costco pic shows the elongated lounge on the right. Below under dimensions I will show the overall dimension but note that the actual area set up for sleeping is 76 inches long, 56 inches wide. A sharp-eyed viewer may notice casters in many of the posting pics. The Sofa is temporarily resting on moving dollies for convenience, the dollies are not included in the sale, but a complete set of short hardwood legs is included.
