This is a sign that was made for / by a local governmental entity and replaced with a new one as part of a regular replacement routine.
As you can see, the condition is amazingly good. It almost looks as if it was mounted inside somewhere. The raw materials are top notch. This is not some cheap plastic knock-off.
It is 100% reflective. Check the photos out they tell the true story regarding condition. It definitely in service and there are some very minor blems but it has unlimited amount of years left.
I believe the aluminum sign stock is at least 1/8” thick.
