I own a Singer 111W154 from 1950. This machine operates like a Swiss watch and can sew nearly anything. The table it's on is crafted from northern red oak, and the metal stand has been stripped and painted. It's on casters, making it super easy to move around. The motor is a servo type and runs very quietly. The machine feels really solid, with no play in any of the shafts. I kept it original (not painted). If you oil it occasionally, this machine could easily last another 75 years. These are among the finest sewing machines ever produced by Singer. I'm asking for $800 or a reasonable offer.
