Affordable Lock and Security Solutions, a leader in the locksmith and security industry since 1970, is hiring a Service Coordinator to join our growing team. With 7 stores throughout North and West-Central Florida, Affordable Lock and Security Solutions is looking for a positive, outgoing individual to help us serve our customers as we grow. The right candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and faxed requests for service as well as entering accurate and complete information into dispatching software
- Assigning service requests to correct Dispatchers
- Communicating with customers and following up on service requests
- Fostering and maintaining customer relationships through excellent customer service
Required Skills:
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work in a high-volume, urgent environment while maintaining a calm and professional attitude
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Office skills including email, data entry, and answering phones
- Ability to learn our dispatching software
