New, never used Capital Plastics coin holder for Washington Quarters from 1947-1964. Holder is in mint condition. Any flaws in photos are from lighting reflections. It is the 2nd of 2 that holds all the regular issue silver Washington Quarters. Includes original box that is in somewhat rough condition but usable for storage of the holder. Priced well under average retail.
