It has a new plug. Floats, no leaks. Never been numbered, just paddled around. If you were to put an outboard motor you would want to refresh the wood attached to the aluminum transom but i can supply that too, outboard was next.
Inside was painted white for heat reasons. Comes with a new plug and a bill of sale, no trailer. 300 obo.
