If you're about 5'0 - 5'2, and never found a bike that fit you very well, this bike was designed for you. The small front wheel brings your reach quite a bit closer and takes care of the toe overlap problem. Light and quick; it's a fun ride.
Fully restored, although frankly it didn't need much; the bike was in great condition when I got it, minus the rear wheel. That was replaced with a beautiful vintage Super Champion rim with a Campy rear hub. Shimano SIS components, Diacompe brakes. Sugino cranks, 165mm as per original spec. MKS pedals. New cables, everything is tuned and it runs fabulously. Paint shows plenty of patina but even I wouldn't dream of repainting it. Japanese steel (seamless double-butted Tange) in great condition, bottom bracket shell was gorgeous. Somebody loved this bike.
I can build it out for you however you want. Saddle is new, but nothing to scream about; I bought it mainly because it photographs well. I figure you'll want to bring your own seat and will be happy to install for you, and credit the difference. You may want your own handlebars also; I kept the originals to keep the price down but this bike would make a pretty awesome randonneur build, just let me know if you want to go in that direction and I'll hook ya right up.
