This is a very versatile and compact manlift. It stores within its own footprint. Four aluminum mast sections are stored on the lift and placed as the platform is raised up to 14'. Power is sourced using your corded or cordless electric drill with the included 3/8" hex bit. It is affixed with both large and small wheels depending on the work surface. I rolled it around the yard to clean our gutters and on tile floors to hang light fixtures. It fits through a 30" door opening. It tilts back on its casters for easy maneuverability. It is equipped with emergency retraction winch and also small hand crank if power is lost, platform can be lowered.
