Moorcroft Pomegranate Vase circa 1913 to 1928 is marked as “Made In England”, and is in superb condition with no chips cracks, crazing or repairs. This gorgeous antique art pottery was made in the highly collectable pomegranate pattern and is decorated with five colorful hand painted pomegranates with berries in shades of blue, cherry and green foliage on a rich cobalt blue background. The vase is clearly signed on the base with impressed maker's marks, and hand signed in cobalt blaze blue/green. The vase measures 12.5” tall with a top diameter of 4.5”, maximum width diameter of approximately 8” and a base diameter of 6”. The overall globe circumference at its fattest point is 24.5”. The vase weighs 6 pounds and 13.2 ounces. There are very few of these size vases in this highly collected pomegranate pattern on the market today.
