GE washer stopped working - $50

GE washer deep fill. Would randomly stop washing in the wash cycle and lights would come on. plug and unplug and it would start working again. Tried replacing shift actuator and it didn’t solve the problem. (Put the old one back in cause it worked) It’s been sitting covered for ~2mos. It was still acting the same when I stopped using it. $50 obo.
