We are a growing national company that runs Truckload Meat Sales events across the United States selling frozen steaks, chicken, and seafood at major retail locations.
We are looking for a Permit & Licensing Coordinator to help contact cities and county offices to obtain temporary vendor permits and health approvals for our weekly sales locations.
This is a remote position and a great opportunity for someone who is organized and comfortable speaking with government offices and local businesses.
Pay
$18–$20 per hour to start
Responsibilities
• Contact city offices, county offices, and health departments
• Obtain temporary vendor permits and approvals
• Help coordinate commissary agreements when required
• Track permits for multiple locations each week
• Keep organized records of applications and approvals
• Communicate with our operations team about permit status
Requirements
• Good phone skills and comfortable talking with people
• Excellent clerical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic computer and email skills
• Experience with permits, licensing, or administrative work is helpful but not required
Training
We will train the right person who has strong communication and clerical skills.
