This apartment is at Melrose Apartments out on 62nd. They offer student discounts on rent, so rent may be as low as $495. Beautiful apartment. Melrose has pools; club houses; basketball, volleyball, and raquetball courts; a fitness center, etc. It is also right next to the Oaks Mall. There is a bus stop just outside. The apartment is 861 sq. ft (Type II) and right next to one of the pools.
The apartment is perfect and there is plenty of parking.

Mobile is in nice quite park near downtown Inverness, about 1/2hr to 45 minutes from Ocala. Have to be over 55. Mostly seniors and snowbirds, would prefer to rent at least 3 months or more. Has to be a non smoker, and small pets are allowed. Mobile has all new carpet and fresh paint with a large porch.
